EXCESSIVE HEAT ALERTS

RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS
If your water is turned off for non-payment and the National Weather Service issues a heat related alert, you may request to have your water reconnected for the duration of the alert

UTILITY BILL RATES

On October 24, 2022 the city council passed Ordinance No. 2022-2065 amending the sewer rates to cover increases in operation and maintenance costs due to King County rate increase effective January 1, 2023.

On November 22, 2021 Pacific City Council passed Ordinance 2021-2048 relating to utility rates, increasing the rates for water, sewer, and stormwater for both residential and non-residential uses of property in order to cover increases in operation and maintenance costs. 

A Public Hearing was held on October 25, 2021 regarding the Ordinance, and they were presented with a Preliminary rate study
