Public Hearing Notice for Fireworks Ban

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on MONDAY, February 24, 2020 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon as thereafter, the Pacific City Council will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of taking public testimony regarding the prohibition of fireworks in the City except for those fireworks allowed as part of a public display.

Draft Ordinance 2020-2015 incorporating the proposed changes is available upon request.


This hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers at Pacific City Hall, 100 3rd Avenue SE, Pacific, Washington.  All persons will have an opportunity to present their oral comments at the meeting.  Those wishing to submit written comments may do so at the public hearing or by submitting them to the City Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2020.
